**GENERAL**
The average processing time is 3 working days, however, it will vary based on product availability & quantity ordered but should not exceed 5 working days. All items are sold brand new unless otherwise stated in posting of item description. Any order that is placed after 5pm PST will be processed the next day. NO returns/refunds on purchases that exceed 14 days after delivery date. In the event an item must be returned, the original packing slip/receipt must be included in order to receive proper return or refund. The customer WILL be responsible for shipping cost to return merchandise. For safety and sanitation reasons, SWIMWEAR and UNDERGARMENTS are NOT refundable so therefore, no returns on UNDERGARMENTS and/or SWIMWEAR will be accepted under no circumstances. A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been received and shipped.

Allow an additional 14-21 days after the date your order was placed to receive your product(s). Each item is inspected to insure it's quality for our customers. If for any reason there is a problem with your order such as the color or design requested is no longer available or back ordered, the customer will be notified IMMEDIATELY! In addition to the "CELLPHONE" terms, the "GENERAL" terms above also apply.
